Most if not all of these pictures did not change the world. They are famous and conveyed what was to be conveyed very effectively, and won a lot of photography awards, but they didn’t change the world.

They conducted a study on this photograph. They determined that the angle of the bullets had to of come from Palestinian gunfire and not actually Israeli gunfire as most sites state.

Does it matter whose bullet killed the kid? He’s still dead. The message of innocent people dying is not more or less real if it was Israel or Palestine doing the shooting. The fact is they were shooting at each other, and one of them missed and this kid is dead because of it.

@Benny Bean - great history lesson, thank u for pointing this out. If anyone’s at fault for this conflict, it’s the Brits. Also, this conflict is simply a matter of us forgetting one important part of our existence - humanism! Everything we do has to be about difference amongst us rather than focusing on commonalities. For ex. - why not focus on the fact that Jews, Christians and Muslims are all part of the Abrahamic tradition, why not focus on the fact that all religions teach humanistic values, etc., etc. If you were to compare the Qu’ran and the Bible, you will find a lot more similarities than differences, but of course, that’s not sensational enough for our media to cover.

If anyone here actually new anything about history you would know that the U.N. (yes that includes France, Italy, and any other current Israel condemning countries) origionaly set asside the land that is now what makes up Israel and THE ENTIRE COUNTRY OF JORDAN to be split equaly into an Arabic state and a Jewish state. Now because I know everyone here is to ignorant to actually know what the region looks like, I’ll give you a minute to go look up a map. Are you back? Good. Now the Arabs took the area which is now Jordan (more than 3/4 of the half and half land of the U.N.) and declared a country and The Israeli’s ended up with less than half of what they were promised. Then when Israel declared statehood 6 Arabic countries that surrounded them attacked and somehow Israel won. But before they attacked the Arabs got messages to the Arabs living within Israel and told them to get out so that they could simply wipe out every man woman and child and then they could return in happiness. When this didn’t work out these people didn’t know where to go to, and those are the so called “Palestinians” until 1948 when Israel became a state there was no ethnic group called Palestinians, any person, Arab Jew or Christian how lived there was a Palestinian. The whole conflict is a fallacy and is currently only an excuse for the murder of innocent Israeli children. Israel has never targeted a child. If Palestinian children are ever shown in the line of fire, it is always as they are in front blocking terrorists who both are too cowardly to actually fight, and yes Luca, they realize it is excellent PR for them to show the Israelis “shooting at the innocent children.” Where as on multiple occasions there have been direct attacks on Israeli children i.e. school busses by the Palestinians. Get your facts straight people.

and yes I know that in this picture the boy is not in front of the terrorist, but as it has clearly been reported he and his father were incredibly unfortunate to be directly in the line of fire between terrorist fighters and Israeli troops. What is even more unfortunate is that anti Israel media outlets decided to run this as proof of Israeli brutality against innocent children when we all know that he was tragically killed by a stray hamas bullet while being in the absolute wrong place and wrong time. I am a Catholic, and to bomb Jerusalem would be a very immoral, very sinful thing to do. Because, when Jesus comes back for the second time, where do you think he will come from? Or go to? When the United States gives Texas back to Mexico, Israel should give “palestine” back to the “palestinians.” The sad part about this conflict is that because there have been loses on both sides, it will take a miracle for both sides to distance themselves from the conflict and realize that it is only going to propagate more and more violence. The photo’s not fake, but it was proven that the shots did not come from the Israelis. They simply did not have the angle. In the video, you can actually see shots hitting the wall just before the boy was killed. Those shots came from BEHIND the France 2 camera position. The Israelis were positioned far to the RIGHT of the scene. The only people behind the camera crew were Palestinian gunmen. The biy was killed by Palestinians.

its clearly contradictory that the prevalence of commentary upon this photo serves only to bolster the abject nature of the palestinian people. It is perhaps becoming a cultural imperative that they be wiped out, and it seems to be a favorable endeavor for the United States government to support, and its people are by predilection prepared to fully authorize the legitimacy of this proposal, should it in fact be carried to a popular vote, and at such time I am sure that dispensations can be made which would satisfy any necessity for expressing our humanity by making their deaths simple and unadorned, with as little suffering as possible.

yes well, I actually shot someone once and there was a real mess, there was even a piece of meat hanging off my hat, the whole damn area just about was covered in blood. Course that was a .44mag and these were probably smaller lighter bullets moving much faster and fully jacketed, so in consideration, while they would probably do less damage than the heavy and non metal jacketed .44 to the bodies, they would also have done a better job at penetrating through into the wall behind, leaving a lot of muck there.

it would be quite easy to tell everything about from where the bullet was fired by examining the portion of the wall from where the rounds struck. you could probably even tell if the shooter had shaved that morning.
